Cancellation
If you wish a booking canceled, we would like to be notified as soon as possible
– Notice: Cancellation of bookings 48 hours prior to arrival will require a cancellation fee of 50%.
Creditpolice relating to events:
For companies: For a corporate event / event at Locked ApS, we always send an invoice afterwards, where you can pay by bank transfer.
If it is a larger event / event in excess of DKK 25,000, a deposit of 25% of the total price of the event will be charged at least 14 days before the event.
Attention: Cancellation / reduction of attendance must be done at least 10 days before the event.
